Design exhibition in Milan
The design exhibition "aufgedeckt!" about Professor Karl Dittert's oeuvre can be visited from April 13 through April 18 2010 at the Milanese Salone del Mobile, HUGO BOSS Italia SpA showroom.
The bilingual show (English/German) will present design history of half a century to an international specialist audience. Furthermore, it will show the development of design from crafts to industrial design and the change in shaping and functionality of products.
Professor Karl Dittert became founding head of the University of Applied Sciences Schwäbisch Gmünd in 1972 and converted the formerly artistic institution into a university of design. Today, the University of Applied Sciences belongs to Europe's most renowned universities of design.
